WebMay 7, 2010 · Back to the CNC, it took about 30 minutes to pocket a group, then glue the squares in and let the glue set for 45-60 minutes. Then pocket the next group and repeat. The photo's show 3 of the four groups done and ready to pocket the fourth and final group. After the fourth group is done, I'll let it sit overnight for the glue to set completely.
